5 Things I Am Thankful For
1) Elizabeth walked unassisted today across the gym floor!
2) I can borrow an hospital lap top in my room!
3) I was in the mood for Chinese and a bunch of other mom’s were ordering
4) I ran out of books to read today and another mom just finished reading and lent me the book I wanted to read next.
5) The hospital providing recreation nites for the kid’s to do in the evenings.
Obviously the best blessing was the first and I’m so sorry to say I didn’t get to see it for myself! I’m feeling a bit under the weather today and went to the other physical therapy sessions but not this one. So amazing- when we were given the diagnosis of “spinal cord stroke” the doctor’s really had no idea how much Elizabeth would recover, it was just wait and see. The Lord sure isn’t making us wait long!
I am so grateful for all of you who are blessing us in so many ways! Your prayers though are our biggest blessing-look how they are being answered. Thank you.
Jenn

Great news!!!! Lord Willing, I hope to get down MONDAY to see her again….
GOD is so AWESOME!!!!
Jenn, I’d like to draw Elizabeth a BIRD to bring with me Monday, for Christmas. Could you inquire what type of bird she might like, and let me know? If she can’t decide on one, LMK…..I’ll pick something out….
RYC- Thanks!!!!
Hi Jen,
That is great news. God is Good.
Rejoicing with you and enjoying hearing about the blessings God sends.
Jenn, that is GREAT news that she walked!!! God is so good and does answer prayers. He’s faithful and before you know it, Elizabeth will be home, running around the house again.
Johnny has his appointments today at the hospital, but John is taking him. He wanted me to stay home to try to get some more things done around here. I’m glad because I need the time to sit down and try to figure out Johnny’s english. I’m a little confused about sentence structure and I can’t show him how to do it if I don’t understand it!! Anyway, I won’t be able to see you today but once Christmas is over, I’ll be online a little more. I’m glad to hear the hospital will loan you a laptop.
It’s good to hear about your daughter’s improvements, though. Enjoy your book!
Love,
Suzanne
