I’m back.  I always find it difficult to return to Xanga after I’ve been gone for so long.  But I’m back.  Thanks to those of you who prayed and left encouraging comments!

Still suffering some from the depression and I’ve had alot of headaches (migraines) due to spring time allergies.  Brian and Megan are suffering too with their asthma due to allergies.

But some good stuff has occurred since I’ve been gone.  My kids participated in Science Fair at school (which I’m so glad is over!)

    010

Megan with hers.  She is dressed as a skeleton.  In kindergarten you do a class project or study.  They studied the human body.

    019

Monique with her project.  (The lighting stinks.)

And we celebrated my mother- in -laws 70 birthday!

Some family members have been waiting for these pictures.   So I finally got them up.   I hopefully will be posting and commenting regularly again!

    Have a blessed day!

Sure hope your allergies get better and the depression goes away, no fun!  Praying you feel awesome today! :dancingcow:

    Blessings!

  • Brendan’s been suffering this allergy season, too. I sure hope you feel better soon!

Science fairs bring back such horrible memories! They’re one of the things that really turned me off science. I hope your girls enjoy them more than I did! Megan’s project and costume were adorable!

Wasn’t the party fun? Even if the surprise didn’t work out, it was great.

Have you found a dress for the wedding yet? I was looking at a Chadwick;s catalog and thought they had some cute things that might work for you.

  • What a special gathering you had!!  Thanks for stopping by….the girls and I are well.  Joseph is coming for a visit tomorrow.  He will be here a little over a week.  It will be good to see him.  We don’t have tons scheduled…mostly he is here for Emma’s 10th birthday.

RYC…Joseph has the worst kind of bipolar.  He has Bipolar II and has had a few episodes of psychosis.  He also has a problem with anxiety and PTSD.  His depression is now getting under control and he is seeking all of the right help to manage his disease.  That is the trick…you need to manage it and not let it manage you.  Thanks for asking.

    Gotta go…take care,

    Karen

  • How are you feeling?  Are you taking anything for your depression?  There are soooo many good meds for that now.  It is not always easy to find one that you can function with…side effects….but it is worth trying some to see if they will help pull you through.

My prayers and thoughts are with you.

  • How are you doing?  I hope that you are finding relief from your depression.  I have just spent a week and a half with Joseph….it is amazing to see him with his depression under control.  He is truly a new person.  Prayers for you.

  • What is your mother-in-law’s secret to looking so young?

I know how the allergy thing goes, it’s not easy. A wise docotr once told me to keep using Na-sal it’s a saline based spray for your nose. It seems to work because it keeps the sinuses moist and washes away the pollen. Also since the airways are hydrated there is less chance of an allergy turning into a sinus infection. I am praying for them.

I also get migraines (the nasty kind with spots, flashes and noise & light sensitivty) A nutritionist have me start drinking juices high in vitamin A it lessens them some.

Write to me personally if you want and I will be glad to tell you how I went from agrophopic with major panic & anxiety attacks (also lots of meds for it) to no attacks, no meds and able to drive myself anywhere and survive.

You seem like a strong person and I am sure you will cope with these attacks. Just learn to relax through meditation..(yes you can meditate for only 10 minutes a day) that also helps these attacks.

    Peace to you! ((((HUGS))))
